"Beautiful property - Grand and opulent. Love the water bodies all over. Our villa had private fountain and courtyard. Amazing mix of materials, colors, heritage, modern and water. And, add the ever smiling people to it, just simply beautiful. Service - Excellent. Everyone was so attentive & made me feel like a king living in a palace. There was a minor mis-communication, but it was rectified and they went above and beyond to made me feel good. The way they acknowledged & made it right was simply amazing. I would stay for the water & service there again. Food - We only tried Indian food there. Sukh Mahal BF was great, but felt few less items than Oberoi & Taj we stayed during the same trip in other cities. BUT, when I asked for a local dish that wasn't in the breakfast, the Chef made it for us in 15 mins and came out to serve it to. That compensated for everything else. Dinner there was done specially for us thru the barman after they closed, what a service, just excellent. Food was fantastic. We did Indian dinner in both restaurants. Their flagship Mohan Mahal decor, without lights and a water body in the middle, was one of the beautiful restaurant I've been to all over the world. Period. Food was very good, but could be great. It has a potential for a Michelin if they dial the food and service a bit to match the decor. Service was very very very good, but they need more training for a Michelin. Just some opportunities for improvement. Absolutely will stay again."

"We really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Jaipur. The staff was amazing, the front door, travel, reception and the dining were excellent. We would like to thank the dining staff, especially Abhishek who made us feel so comfortable during breakfast and dinner. "There was not enough options for western food."

"Conveniently located on the outskirts so day one avoids the throes of city traffic. Lush garden on-property in the same line of sight as the lake on the other side of the outer road is a welcome sight. The kids' room is a boon to fill those time gaps in the trip when you are not out and about but the kids are not resting either. Kids loved the options in the kids' room and all their time in the well-kept pool. Based on all our previous experiences staying with 5 star properties, the hotel rooms were a bit cramped and the in-room dining was a tad overpriced. However, the ever helpful staff made it worth our dime and time, not allowing the concerns to fester. The convenience of every single staff member (restaurant, reception, valet, floors, room service) being prompt, cheery and agreeable is what sets the best hotels apart in India.
