"A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. "A once nice hotel gone to seed. Toilet didn't flush properly and was very noisy when refilling, no hot water, breakfast I paid extra for never arrived (lockdown conditions dictate room service), no electric kettle in room, AC struggled to cool room at lowest setting and the Wifi was very slow with frequent disconnects. "

"Hotel is dated but clean and staff are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes especially at the lobby area and guest receptions area. These are in the hotel and not outside. Best to eliminate this at its their first impressions when we come in and where guests sit around at the lounge cafe enjoying pastries and coffee. Can't stay long with all the mosquitoes. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very new and modern and beautiful. The service is outstanding. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and sauna were so amazing to spend a couple hours relaxing. Meals were delicious. And the airport shuttle was so prompt, I was immediately contacted upon arrival at the airport. This hotel is very organized!I will definitely return. "
