We loved our stay here! The host was very attentive prior and during our stay. The house was beautiful and we loved its location. The host does a superb job making sure guests have the best experience. From thouroughly cleaning the house, to small details for things to do when iside the home. It was indeed perfection.

Fantastic Stay!!
My family and I stayed here for 1 week and it was such a wonderful experience! Nick provided everything we needed & the home was clean & spacious and in a quiet, safe neighborhood! The back yard was our favorite spot - where it overlooked some water and offered such a peaceful setting! We would 100% stay here again and will tell anyone traveling to Jax about it! Thanks Nick!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house within a 10 minute drive to Mayo. Nice quiet neighborhood that is just as close to the beach. Home has everything you expect and more, even some nice surprises welcoming us on arrival. Super clean with quality linens and fixtures, nicely decorated. We loved the coffee bar and really appreciate the host’s attention to detail, obviously wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A home away from home! We would surely stay here again.

Family Graduation/ wedding
We travelled from Ohio for our granddaughters high school graduation and our daughters wedding.the location was close to all venues and homes! We travelled with our 7 year rescue dog, her first trip! The back yard was absolutely perfect for her and the scenery was beautiful . we spent most evenings on the deck listening to the night sounds! The grill was a great extra bonus to grill cobia for dinner.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well. Needless to say we loved this house and Nick the host was so accommodating and friendly. We plan on staying here again to visit our family!!

Completely top notch! Beautiful & very clean, comfortable & close to everwhere we wanted/needed to go. The backyard setup is a wonderful place to sit and unwind. Nick is an excellent host! We hope it's available for our next Mayo visit!

Perfect Place to Stay!
Your VRBO was perfect for the four of us! Great location from everything: TPC Sawgrass Golf Course and Jax Beach Golf Course, so easy to get around and wonderful restaurants. The house and back patio area was peaceful and relaxing. Sitting over the pond was so enjoyable in the mornings and evening. Loved the decor in the house and the beds were super comfortable. Nick went above to make you feel welcome and added extra touches for us! Highly recommend this place and when we come back to Jax Beach we will rebook 100%!

Just what we wanted and more!
We choose this home for a 2 week stay because it was a short drive/walk to my daughter’s home, it allowed dogs, and there were enough bedrooms to accommodate our needs. Since it was Christmas, we were delighted to see the home was decorated for the holidays. So many other nice touches on arrival.., including a bottle of wine and cookies. There were K-cups for the coffeemaker, paper goods, hand and body soaps, games and a nicely stocked kitchen. The house was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting outside in the yard by the water. I didn’t have to communicate with Nick, our host, except when I thought I’d left something behind after departure. He responded promptly. All in all, we had a delightful stay in JAX beach, and we will stay there again when we return.

Memory making stay
This is my second stay at Sue Casa in about four months. I met up with an old high school bestie here in August and loved the place so much I booked another visit before even checking out. I surprised my Mom with a week here for an early Christmas. As was the first time, the place was spotless, every possible amenity was provided for AND more. The backyard is a little slice of heaven, the beach is literally five minutes down the road, endless restaurants to choose from, peaceful and quiet. The host is just amazingly accommodating, kind and so considerate of every need or request. I have to mention something that is so above and beyond that I immediately noticed it. The attention to detail goes right down to properly sharpened kitchen knives. Sounds silly, but what a difference it makes when preparing meals. And for a host to think of that shows the care that is taken in providing guests with seemingly every last thing needed to feel at home while away from their own. I just couldn't say enough about Sue Casa, Nicolas and his Mom who decorated the house so beautifully! They made my Mom and I's Christmas vacation a real scrapbook memory. Oh, and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. Even after a week. The only thing I could've asked for was another seven days!! Five stars hands down.

So impressed! The home has everything you need. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. Our plans changed and we needed to extend our stay, the host was easy to work with! And he was easy to get ahold of! Highly recommend!
