Jacksonville Beach is FULL of Unique shops, restaurants, and activities! This Beachside Condo is located in a gated community with private Beach access! Literally walk outside your back door and walk straight on to the Beach! Our community is gated as well.

Everything you could want to do is within walking distance! Also, bikes, scooters, and other recreational beach needs are available for rental. Jacksonville Beach offers free "beach buggy" rides around the area. Uber and Lift are another popular option.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this adorable studio directly on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was super comfy! We enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the back deck looking at the ocean. The owners are great to work with and very responsive!

Unit was very very clean and had everything you would expect. Nicely appointed and hosts were super to deal with. Great location, walking distance to lots. Hosts have several units in this complex, we had a 2nd floor unit with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. 2nd stay here, will be back!

The location was phenomenal. The pool area was nice and the beachfront access was good. The unit itself was an older unit which I don’t mind at all, it’s actually what you expect in Jax Beach. The place could have been cleaner though. Location was great.

Captivating & Peaceful
Observing how the ocean and the weather affect each other, listening to the waves roll in, watching the sky change - all while lounging in the porch chair was tranquil. The studio was comfortable; groceries were easily accessible; fabulous seafood was a short walk away; the beach was up and over the dune. A new boardwalk is being built for an easier traverse. Spent a pleasant time on the nearby pier watching birds, fisherman, & families on the beach. Lovely week❣️

Oceanfront relaxation haven
This was our 2nd stay here. It's comfortable and we can see the ocean from the bistro dining table, sofa, or deck chairs by the door. The space is not big, but we love it and hope to stay here again. The condo and the neighborhood are quiet, and there are many casual eat in/outside/take out options within walking distance.

Perfect location for our stay for The Donna marathon. Just a short walk to the start line for the race. Great amenities, and awesome communication with the owner. Pool and beach right outside our door. Great dining options within walking distance.

We loved it. Perfect for a couple. Great view of beach from deck and really easy access. Do wish they provided tissues (Kleenex). Also didn't find any dishwasher soap. But that is only slightly negative comments. Otherwise perfect!

Perfect getaway
The property has a perfect view of the rising sun. The unit is very well equipped and nicely decorated with a perfect back porch view. The property is a little older but very well maintained and just a short walk to multiple restaurants, shops and of course steps away from a large beach. We will be coming back when it's warmer.

2nd Stay
This was our 2nd stay in the condo. It is super clean and extremely convenient. The pool is private and you can’t beat the view!! It is situated on a very quiet section of the beach which was perfect. Jax beach bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The pier is a great place to watch the sunrise. The hosts are great - quick to respond and very accommodating. They even leave you a bottle of wine and water. We were so pleased, we stayed twice!

Solo Vacay
I decided to take a weekend vacation by myself and it was great! I felt very secure and safe in this area by myself. I never once felt unsafe at all!! The apartment was great. Definitely on the smaller side, but it was perfect for me. My only “complaint” with my stay was the that the bed was very uncomfortable. I know that’s personal preference, but It reminded me of a basic, hard dorm bed. BUT that being said, it is a rental at the beach! Who needs a bed when there’s sand and ocean just feet away?!! It was a Lovely space overall. It was clean, had everything I needed, the pool was nice, great location for restaurants, but the best part was that it’s right on the beach. Easy access to everything. Highly recommend!
