"I was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was very clean and spacious. I checked in pretty late, around 8:30ish pm, and the lady at the desk was so nice. The cameras also made me feel safer, so I appreciated that. 10/10 would recommend. "

"We stayed for a week and received no room service AT ALL! We asked front desk to have someone have our room cleaned, never happened! Place STINKS like cigarettes throughout the whole facility! No toilet paper or towels were provided to us, we had to go ask for them! Trash was not picked up! Even after we ask them to. The only thing clean was the pool but with no towels. Key kept malfunctioning! Floor and carpet was dirty and stinky. Homeless people were entering the hotel at any time, I believe...

"I would definitely stay at the Red Roof and suites again, next time we visit our Grandson at Camp Leguen. The people behind the desk were very friendly and helpful especially when we wanted to add on an extra night stay. We did not have to switch rooms. Thanks again Lulu for all your help!!"
