This was one of the best rooms I've had downtown

Everything was great, especially the view

The hotel room was nice and the beds were comfortable. However, the room did need more USB and AC plugs near the desk area but all other room amenities were good. Overall, the valet and bell staff were very accommodating, helpful, and made every interaction pleasant. The only staff who didn’t have this same attitude was the front desk staff. When I checked in, the front desk rep was very short in dealing with me as if I were a bother. She did not explain any hotel amenities features or anything else to me and as soon as I asked about VIP access from Expedia, she immediately dismissed my inquiry and said that’s not available. Dinner at Revel Steak was excellent! Our party enjoyed everything we ordered. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a dessert menu for our birthday girl to choose a dessert and also brought out a cupcake with a candle on it for us to sing happy birthday. It was a nice touch to a great dinner. Overall our experience was positive and we will return.
