"Great hotel in a great location for our trip to Disney. All the same service at a better rate that a hotel on Disney property. The breakfast was amazing too. Friendly staff, comfortable, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo Disney!"

"Amazing all around and the superior room was perfect for my husband and I who did ALOT of shopping! Staff is friendly and there's even a Disney store near the restaurant which was great for buying last moment snacks as gifts. The bed was fairly stiff for my liking but it was good enough to sleep in. "

"Things look old and outdated but the service was great except some non Japanese staffs had bad breath."

"The staff was extremely helpful and patient. The breakfast was decent but get there early because one morning they ran out of the fried chicken and replaced it with chicken nuggets that weren’t as good and they ran out of eggs and replaced it with little omelets (which some of my family members preferred them to the runny eggs). It’s a quick easy walk to Ikspiari so if you’re going to the Disney parks on a budget, this is a great place to stay if you don’t mind walking an extra 10-15 min."

Cheap and simple hotel, but good standard

"For the price paid (OK, it was a Black Friday deal with 30% off but anyway) it was a perfect price/quality ratio. The hotel is little older (it can be seen on the elevator, the bathroom and the toilet, for example), but the room we had was refurbished and more than adequate the price we paid. Quite small, but still OK, very silent (oriented to the backyards). The bathroom was older, but functional and the toilet sometimes smelled a little but had the perfect Japanese style toilet bowl, heated, with two water sprays etc.). There is a free shuttle every hour to/from Narita Airport. The hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) to the center of Narita town with both railway stations for easy access to Tokyo. Also a shopping center is 5 minutes walking time, with several restaurants of all price ranges within 15 mnutes walk. All in all, we were very satisfied for this very cheap and adequate deal."
