You can rent a fan but I would have thought since there was no A/C and it was really hot during the day the fan would have been provided. "Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Perhaps if you were a female traveler on your own this time of year you may feel a little intimidated because there is no staff on site, but the area itself is very safe. Loved waking up to a view of the Burgenland hilly countryside, so lovely. Good restaurants in the surrounding area, generally less than a ten minute drive. The roads to the hotel are narrow and steep, so if there is snow or ice you would want to make sure you have good winter tires. "

"Three hotels in one, little complicated to find which one your in but turns out they all have same desk just different towers. Its a spa resort, little dated decor. room was little small but good enough. Breakfast buffet was massive and good. "
