"Hotel was modern with a lot of amenities. Staff service was excellent, rooms and the property was clean, replenished the refrigerator with water and drinks everyday included with the room charges. Walking distance to most of the attractions in the city. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence."

"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

"Clean and modern Sheraton hotel located inside the airport. A 1-2 minute walk to the terminal, 1-2 minute walk from the car rental agency. We stayed here because we had an early morning flight, which allowed us to leave the car there the night before and everything was very easy the morning of our flight."

"It was a great central location and very friendly staff! The rooms were very nice but just a touch small. "

"Nice setup rooms in Resort Park style. Birds singing most of the time reminding of natural country. Only issue is that even with one week stay, we had to empty the garbage ourselves but that is not a huge problem since the bins are located close to our room. Overall very nice and we will definitely stay in “Hu Roma properties “ if we come back to Italy."
