"The hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and close to the centre of Costa Teguise so can access the amenities. The staff went over and above with the service. It was especially lovely to be welcomed by Montserrat at meal times, felt like home away from home "

Special hotel

"Check in was lovely. Very welcoming staff. Room beautiful. Whole hotel was lovely. Special shout out to David our waiter in 17 Blue who made our evening really special including recommendations & great cocktails. Although we had a city view we still had lovely views of the beach & harbour. "

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the staff are brilliant, the room with a sea front view was spotless and felt like new. The shower was the best I've ever had. We even had enough clothes hangers, a rarity. Breakfast was good and the pool area although the water was fresh, was great to relax at. Could not fault the hotel at all, will happily return."
