"Very Quiet, exceptionally Clean and Spacious rooms with excellent view of Yokohama bay and mount Fuji. During our stay there was full moon, extraordinary romantic view of water and city. "Really great location with the train and bus literally outside the front door. Very courteous and helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice pastries and cafe next door in the bldg and two 7-11s within one block. Nice guest spaces for patio dining and kitchen, tea coffee etc, coin laundry and gym. Only problem was my room was too warm and ac didn’t cut it (in December) but heard from friends staying nearby at other hotels were having same issue so possibly because they keep the bldgs so warm in the winter? Otherwise everything was great. Will come back again."

"The diverse and quality breakfast buffet at Ocean Terrace restaurant impressed me during my stay at Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. Initially, I dined outside the hotel, but I found the breakfast to be exceptionally enjoyable and would return. I celebrated my birthday at the French restaurant Azur, which exceeded my expectations with its exceptional food and service. The hotel staff consistently provided prompt and professional assistance via email. The first-floor staff members I interacted with were friendly and supportive. Notably, a housekeeping staff member demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and respect for customers’ space and privacy. Although the facility conditions were not ideal due to years of use, my room on the higher floors with a harbor view and ample space was spacious enough. I recommend this hotel to those visiting Yokohama."
