"Originally, I chose this hotel because of location, 8 min walk to our meeting place for our Viator excursion to Mount Fuji. Service, breakfast, and cleanliness is awesome. There is a 7-11 store towards the back/basement of the hotel, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Nishi-Shinjuku train station and bus stop. We booked Airport Limousine bus ($22 per person) as transportation to Narita airport, and pick up location is at Hilton Hotel nearby, about 1 block away. I will stay at this hotel again next time we’re in Tokyo."

"Great location right next to train station. Neighborhood has lots to do and is not a tourist trap area. Hotel was very clean and modern. Loved the view of Mt Fuji from my room, the bathtub and pjs that were provided. Will stay here again when traveling to Tokyo!"

"The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits. It would be nice if they had onsite The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee. "
