「We all had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas! The rustic decor was fun and whimsical, and the grounds were exciting to explore. It featured all the luxuries of home, too. We will definitely stay again! 」

「This was the perfect setting to spend a couple of days with our own kids prior to hosting 21 for Thanksgiving on Friday. Our hostess, Mollie, was fantastic. She helped provide extra tables and chairs, and she brought a few extra things over to the kitchen in an effort to make sure we had as much as we needed to prepare our big Thanksgiving feast. 「Our family came together to celebrate Christmas from Montana, Ohio, Maryland and Iowa. We all had a grand time cooking together, exploring the farm, relaxing, playing games, enjoying the waterpark, bowling, library, and Memorial Park playground. 「A group of four of us stayed there over the Labor Day weekend. The house was great, very clean and large enough for the group. The kitchen had all the utensils and gear that we needed to cook for ourselves. The location is great, close to the lake, Pella, and the Bos Landen golf course. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and were easy to work with. We would be happy to stay there again next year.」

「This home is perfect for a traveling family. My family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out. One of the basement rooms has 2 queen-sized beds that was perfect for my 2 kids. The home is very clean and the property has been cared for very well. We liked that we could park in the garage at night, too. Thank you for a great stay!」

「The farmhouse was cozy and relaxing to stay at. I can’t think of one thing that the host did not have covered. You can tell this property was important to them and they have done an excellent job with upkeep. The only thing I did bump down was the location because unfortunately it is located on a gravel road. And with the lack of rainfall, it was extremely dusty- too dusty to enjoy the front porch. Otherwise we enjoyed our time together at the Farmhouse very much! Thanks!」

「Our group of seven plus three dogs stayed in the farmhouse for a week during the summer and were very comfortable there! The house is large and very private, and we wish that it had been cooler weather so that we could have enjoyed a fire in the inside fireplace. We did somewhat miss having a dishwasher, but we survived! The listing and pictures are accurate, so you know that while it might not be the most luxurious accomodations, the affordability makes up for that. It is a drive to get back to...
