Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and always immediately responded to our questions or assistance requests. We arrived mid-September just as the weather became unseasonably cold. "We had a perfect holiday here! The house was clean, well equipped to cook and spend the days. Small excursions to Koper, Izola, Piran, Cerkno as well as the surrounding small villages made this place a perfect destination to travel from. The host was very dedicated and helpful and gave us great travel advise! Thank you!"

"We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens...

It was steps away from the bustling Grand Canal and a few minutes walk to the main square, but once you were inside it was very quiet. I would absolutely book again if I return to Trieste. "

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, bei Problemen war in kürzester Zeit jemand da der auch geholfen hat. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen am Berg, dafür hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Bucht. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht um ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an Aleksandra und ihre Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"We stayed in Lina's place for 6 nights late July/early August. The weather was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our family. We were greeted by Lina who showed us how everything works. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. She had kindly gifted us a bowl of fruit and some cold drinks when we arrived which was lovely of her and a pleasant surprise. The rooms were cool as the air...

"Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet für 5 Personen ausreichend Platz. Mit mehr als 5 Personen wird es in der Essküche evtl. etwas eng. Der Poolbereich ist super. Die Vermieter haben uns ganz neue Liegen hingestellt. Wir haben Gabriel von der Vermieterfamilie kennengelernt. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt etc. Sehr nett. Von den Vermietern bekommt man ansonsten nichts mit. Am Meer ist man in ca. 30-35 Minuten."
