Wonderful week in Indy
My wife, three kids, and I stayed at the property in May and had a wonderful stay. The house was in very nice condition and was clean for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, even though there are some questionable houses on the street. All in all we would stay here again.

In town for a convention, this was a great place my coworker and I were able to utilize just minutes from downtown. Price point was very reasonable, it is a great little place that I would book again!

Indy Visit
Our visit was a 4 night stay in this precious cottage. We were visiting with family who live downtown. The house was convenient to downtown area and the interstate. It was very clean and well decorated. Four adults were able to sleep comfortably here. The neighborhood is older, but very quiet and we felt very safe coming and going as needed.

Had to spend extra money to get TV service. The flooring is horrible. Especially around the refrigerator, seems as if any day it’s going to pop up and injure someone. It’s moist like-cracking- severely dipping. Had to worry about the children.

AAU Basketball Tournament Perfect stay
We booked this home for our family while in town for AAU Basketball tournament. It was super comfy and cozy. It made us feel like we were home. I told my family anytime we visit Indy we will book this house because I loved it so much. Oh I also work from home and had to work and it was quit and perfect for me get my work done and not feel like I was missing out on all the fun. I worked and relaxed.

A friend and I met here for a reunion and this property was absolutely perfect! It was nice that we each had our own rooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked properly, it was well supplied with what we needed to cook meals which saved a lot of money. Beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again when in Indy.

Sweet home!
This is the perfect place for two to four adults to stay, IF none of them need to sleep in the third "bedroom". Not really a bedroom, and the bed there was very not comfy. HOWEVER, everything else was nicely decorated. Know that there is not off-street parking, but we did not have a problem finding parking.

I truly cannot say enough. The home is just as it is in pictures. Beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and super cozy! It had everything you need, not a detail was spared. Super close to downtown and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again! Loved it!
