Minimum 2 night 3 day rental
4 night minimum for Coachella, Stagecoach, Christmas/New Years & Thanksgiving weeks.
Pool heat is $30 per night if needed plus tax.
Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

We have 2019 Mini Convertible and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Beautiful house and nice neighborhood. As identified, it has a fully stocked kitchen. With a full house and everyone using ice, you may need to purchase some but that's about all. Truly a great place to stay and property manager very responsive to anything you may need. You won't be disappointed

Winter Get-a-way!
The location had a wonderful view and was located near many nice restaurants and other local attractions. We were close to a grocery store and Starbucks so that was perfect for us! The neighborhood was peaceful, well maintained, and very safe for our long walks.

Perfect
The outdoor living space with pool and beautiful landscaping along with beautiful days were perfection. House was perfect for couples and we all loved the large sectional with built in recliner chairs and that was big enough for all of us to relax and enjoy watching a movie together. We appreciated we were able to park our car in the garage. Will be back!

Fantastic property and location
Beautiful house with pool/jacuzzi, as well as small grass area that my dog loved. The house is also only a block away to the tennis stadium and campus, and it is a de facto dog park and incredible dog walking area. We had a fabulous time enjoying the house and all the amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Great property in Indian Wells
Thank you for such a great home you shared with us. Everything was as advertised and the location absolutely could not have been better. The layout of the house was simple and yet perfect. Close to everything the valley has to offer, restaurants, golf, walking, the Tennis Center. The hot tub was great and warmed to temp quickly. There was a clementine tree in the back yard that provided a fresh surprise every morning! We would definitely go back when in the area!

Superb, wonderful would deff stay here again.
The place was wonderful, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. The attention to detail was awesome nothing was overlooked would stay here again. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but I guess it comes with the territory having so many plants around and the dust at the bottom, well it is the desert.

Great house near tennis
We had a wonderful stay at this property. We could easily walk to the Indian Wells tennis tournament (around15-20 minutes). The house was very comfortable for two couples (plus a family friend in the third bedroom for one night). The back yard with a pool and hot tub was delightful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fruit Tree Paradise
Sitting at the large pool with the delightful smell of the grapefruit tree's flowers while nibbling on the juicy grapefruit, drinking lemon water from another tree and watching the birds hop around the orange tree was everything. Who doesn't love a well-stocked home with not only kitchen needs, but more board games than I've seen at any VRBO. The home was clean, modern, on a very quiet street, in a central location. I'd absolutely return.

Perfection
We stay in about two VRBO's per year. This place was perfect and more than we expected. Everything was perfectly appointed. There were towels for the hot tub and pool, the hot tub instructions were perfect. The kitchen and pantry was wonderful. There was salt, baggies, and oil that we could use and didn't have to buy. The media set-up included all the channels and streaming services. And, it was easy to use our streaming (CBS sign-in) when necessary. The neighborhood was super quiet. The check-in and check-out was perfect, with very little required on our part. We will definitely stay here again.

I will come back!
First of all, what you see in the pictures / listing is exactly how the property appears in person, unlike many listings. My wife and I loved staying here, as did my little dog and 2 year old daughter. It is close to a lot of great restaurants in Palm Desert and Palm Springs, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet during the day and the night. The kitchen is well-stocked, the grill works wonderfully, and the patio furniture is clean and well-maintained. The pool is nicely sized and clean. I think the highest compliment I can give is that I will come back, and that is exactly what my wife and I plan on doing!

Rent Homes Every Year - Would Rent This Home Again
Every year our extended family gets together for Feast of Tabernacles. We rent a home so we can eat, stay and play together. This home was better than any other home we've rented in over 20 years. This beautiful home located in great area on a quiet street with amazing views and close to all you would like to do. The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies and high end appliances; the baths were stocked too with linens, hair care, soap, tissues and toilet paper; and the laundry room had soap and fabric softener, which was a first for a rental for us and greatly appreciated. We actually had extra family show up that rented a different home, but they spent daytime at our home due to the cleanliness and amenities at ours. Heated pool with all the toys was great for visiting Nephew, Niece and grand nieces. The BBQ grill was perfect and hooked to house gas line meant no worries about running out of gas. Three car garage which had space inside to park with a garage door opener. Can't say enough about this home. Have a family member who can always find a complaint, who couldn't find one regarding this home. The Morlock's were great to deal with and even had a welcome sign waiting for us. Will rent this home again if we come back next year for FOT in Indian Wells. If you rent this home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Beware of scalding master shower. One person at a time should shower, otherwise dangerous temperature in master bath. Don’t use master shower rain head - sprays all over.
