「I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. 「The pictures on your booking site are not at all a true reflection of the hotel. The hotel was dirty, bedding and pillows were also dirty. Shower in the bathroom did not work they replaced this with a bucket and cup. The way window in the bedroom was broken which they couldn’t fixed, so their solution was the draw the curtains to fix the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE.」
