This superb modern first floor two-bedroom apartment sits in a prime sea front position with panoramic views of the sea and Capstone Hill from the lounge. Large French doors allow access to the private balcony which contains a table, 4 chairs and 2 recliners.
It is excellently located in the heart of beautiful Ilfracombe and on the seaside promenade opposite the beach.
The apartment offers the ideal base for up to four family members or friends, just a 100m walk across to the local beach and with a choice of Michelin Star restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream parlours, bars/restaurants and tea shops close by.
Wildersmouth beach is directly opposite the property with the famous tunnel beaches just along the seafront to the west, about 1/2 mile.
The Town centre is very close by, just a few hundred yards up the lane beside the property where you will find a full range of shops etc.
There is a wonderful view of Capstone Rock, the surrounding beach and seafront from the front of the property.

You will be surprised at the size of this light and airy apartment-a home from home. New comfy beds and electronic reclining chairs provide for a comfortable stay.
There is access through the front of the building via the underground car park or alternatively up the lane to the side of the building.
One medium sized car space is allocated within the building’s enclosed garage, but if you have additional needs or you feel your vehicle is too big for the space there is a council car park directly opposite where long stay tickets are available weekly for around £25.
The property can be found in an elevated position immediately opposite the Landmark Theatre where you can catch a show or frequent the café.
The town of Ilfracombe itself (just a few hundred yards away) has a variety of small independent shops as well as larger supermarkets including Tesco, Lidl and Co-Op. There is a health care centre, cottage hospital, theatre, cinema, post office, pharmacy, bank and much more.
The picturesque seafront has further shops, bars and some fantastic restaurants leading along to an active harbour.
Wildersmouth Beach is directly opposite to the apartment. You will also find Ilfracombe beach and the famous Victorian handcrafted Tunnel beaches, with safe lagoon swimming, restaurant, shops and toilets just along the Esplanade to the West. In the opposite direction there is the Quay, Harbour and Cheyne beach within half a mile walk. There is very easy access to the North Devon coastal walks and a variety of bus routes and excursions.
The renowned artist Damien Hirst’s influence can be felt by the addition of many art galleries which have appeared over recent years, together with his majestic 60ft tall ‘Verity’ statue at the Harbour mouth.
Barnstaple, North Devon’s main trading centre is approximately 12 miles away with many of the big name shops and rail links to the intercity network at Tiverton.
North Devon has a huge amount to offer with National Trust houses and museums. The fabulous golden sands and surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are just a short car ride away and Exmoor National Park is within easy reach where you can enjoy some breath-taking scenery and miles of walking.

Stunning location short distance (walking) from harbour, bars, restaurants etc. Modern accomodation with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, very clean, furniture is of high standard, washer dryer, dishwasher (if required, we didn't use), lovely views of the local beach from balcony. Accessible, all floors serviced by lift. Welcomed with a bottle of wine; a nice touch. Not the best WiFi connection but to be honest we were on holiday and glad to be away from the outside world now and again. If we had to be ultra critical, and it is a minor point, a bathmat would be useful. Overall, a superb apartment and location which we would not hesitate to recommend and would visit again.

Lovely appartment with great sea views ,only a short stroll to the harbour with plenty of cafes restuarants and shops .Apartment is immaculate with everything you could need for your stay ,couldnt fault a thing would definately highly recommnend.Good communication with the host quick responses.Really appreciated the Wine, tea ,coffee ,milk ,sugar and biscuits what a lovely welcome Thanks Richard/Margaret 10/10

Second stay in this lovely apartment. Nice things awaited us .i.e.chocolates wine tea and coffe. The whole experience of the apartment was a true joy. If I stayed again I’d not mind if I stayed in the whole time! Never slept better either. Everything was so immaculate. I don’t think a ny detail was left out. Feel refreshed. An absolute joy. Never stayed in such a n amazing place. Couldn’t fault a thing. Really!
