"I have stayed here before, and I will certainly consider staying here again when I next visit Nagano-ken. The hotel is right next to the Nagano Station. I was able to park my rental car easily in the basement garage (1,000 yen per day). Check-in was quick. A guest can walk to many nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, I had a nice stay. Thanks!"

"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "

"Very close to Nagano Station which was convenient for travel to & from Nagano. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean with excellent shower but my family of 4 were squeezed into a twin bed room, so minimal room to put luggage & beds are small. If you're a tall or large person, you would find the beds very small."

"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. The onsen downstairs was renovated whilst we were staying there and looks great, much more inviting. Access to the Hakuba Valley Shuttle just up the road, walkable.
