"The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. "This was our first time visiting Osaka and the apartment was perfect for our family travels. Hossy is a gracious host and met us at the apartment to give us an overview of the neighborhood, things to do (and things to watch out for as tourists!) The apartment is clean, cheerful, and charming, with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, a much needed break from the crowds in Namba. We were close to the subway, JR, restaurants, groceries, and Daiso....
