"Small room (typical in Japan), but efficient use of space. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat and not soft enough. Front desk staff didn't understand English completely, but they were still helpful. It was a pretty good location--close to subway stations, restaurants, and Tokyo Tower. "

It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. Overall a nice place to stay!"

"The blankets of our bed were dirty, I went to the lobby to speak with the staff and they gave me the sheets to change it by myself, I had no problem but I was expecting a litlle help since the stain was pretty big and visible. There is a subway really near to this hotel, however, you have to walk through two stations to get in the most used lines (Ginza and Marunouchi)"
