"This was a great place to stay to getaway and have privacy. The Host was so kind and went out of her way when I was not feeling well. It was extremely clean and you can even use the pool and spa. "The house is not bad and it’s simple in a great location. Has what you need for a stay.Small issues added up for us. Front door is not lockable from the inside so my kids kept opening it and running out. The bedroom doors lock and from the outside require a key so my kids enjoyed locking the doors and I couldn’t get in. It looks like those that don’t own the property clean it but the outside shows anyone that cares for the property hasn’t been there in a while. A window shutter was broken off...

"We had a full family 4 day retreat and Jill’s place was perfect. Lots of room, beds were so comfy and contained all the kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed. Everything was clean - they even had some toys for the kids. Great location…convenient to all activities, restaurants and hiking trails. We would definitely book again. 5 stars!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Janelle’s cottage in Leesburg. Every possible detail and amenity has been well thought out and provided. Janelle is an amazing host and very responsive. The fenced in back yard was great for our little fur baby. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. This is our new home away from home when we visit our daughter in Ashburn."

"We were for a funeral…we were looking for a place close to the funeral home and we found it! Very quiet, nice and cozy!"

"This rental was amazing for a family get together. We used almost every room. We really enjoyed the 2 kitchens and grill, dining room, 2 living rooms and enough bedrooms for a family of 10 plus in-laws and extended family. We celebrated my son’s first birthday and the house was perfect for two infants as well. We were able to enjoy our meals at the house and BBQed both nights. The coffee bar was also a hit. Our family had a blast playing pool and ping pong. The views were so nice with the snow...

The communication for check-in was pretty poor and it took calling VRBO support to get our checkin instructions within 45 minutes of arrival after my messages were ignored for 2 days leading up to arrival. "This property is cozy, comfortable and very close to downtown. All the amenities we ended up needing (dishes, wine opener, wine glasses, shampoo and conditioner) were included. If I come back to visit Frederick, I'll definitely stay here again."

"This place was perfect for us. Secluded and quiet area, great history, and great amenities. It’s definitely a historic cabin and may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are taller than around 5’9”, or those with physical handicaps. For us it was perfect. The managers were great and communicated with us any time we asked questions. Highly recommend. "

"Loved the room and the extras that was provided for us such as the coffee and hot chocolate. Areas were clean and well supplied. The only down fall was not communicating how to get to the guest room and where the lighting leading to area was. Sad the fireplace was down but loved that a replacement heater was provided. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The pool and hot tub are not available and that’s mainly why we came to this hotel. Food options were great and within walking distance. Hotel was clean, spacious and modern. However the parking is tricky. There are two garages on same street. We followed directions and parked across the street where the clerk said but it’s actually the garage beside the hotel. We ended up paying way more than the $20 charge per day! Beeakfas is additional as well. IHOP not too far away! "
