"Cozy, well maintained hotel 5 mins walk from Happo terminal. Very clean, with onsen which is great after a day of skiing! Guests who stayed there were all very respectful and more family oriented. "Clean, quiet & a very cute location without tourists and crowds. My family enjoyed the serenity after spending 2 days in Tokyo and very close to snow monkey park allowing us to be the first ones there. Def recommend!!"

"Singaporean family of 6, hard to fault anything. Most staff can speak basic English and attention is rendered to all appopriately, young and old. Onsen has different pool and some are not just warm enough for young kids to soak and enjoy. Food great Sleep mattress is Beauty Rest, futon might be alittle too thin for me but good for all kids. "
