Fully equipped apartment, air conditioned and secure, in a quiet and well maintained residence. Bed linen and towels provided.

great location needs a better clean
The apartment has a lovely view and was a great location. It was missing some basics like a kettle and hand soap. It needed a decent clean as there was hair and dust all around and the bed sheets and pillows were dirty.

Oceanside Ibiza Condo
This property was disappointing because of the misleading information that wi-fi was included. When we arrived to the property, the manager said that wi-fi has not been set up or even attempted to be. Because we were traveling internationally, this was a huge inconvenience for us as we need to stay connected for flights, taxis, etc. Otherwise the property was spacious but was outdated and the cleanliness was concerning. The was an apparent flood/leak leaving the ceiling to cave in and there was evidence of mold in one of the bedrooms. I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Fantastische zomerweek op Ibiza
Het was een superleuk appartement aan het eind van de boulevard. Zittend op ons balkon zagen we de hele dag mensen heen en weer lopen. De inventaris is wel verouderd, maar het appartement was lekker ruim.

Idéal pour une famille
Appartement spacieux et assez bien équipé avec une literie très convenable. Une vue incroyable sur la mer et la plage de Figueretes. La localisation est parfaite : 500 mètres de la plage c’est 800 m du centre ville historique, proche des commerces. L’accueil est top et réactif. Bref, un appartement très agréable!

Cosy Stay at the Sea
Perfect communication, close to the city center, correct description of the property, a perfect place to stay especially during the Easter season with a lot of nice cafes closeby and a wonderful view from the balcony. We would definitively come back. It might get a bit noisy during the summer season since the beach is a popular hot spot for tourists. Luckily, the windows in the bedroom are double-glazed. Thank you for having us.

Beautifull view
We loved the view. We were here in winter, sun is all day at the balcony and Lots to see. People walking and running in the boulevard. We had 1 thing not working properly, but were helped straight away. We can recommend this appartement!

Great stay in Figueretes beach area in Ibiza
The flat location is really amazing, 10 meters from the sea , the sea view from the balcony is great , all day but especially at sunste time. The flat is big, rooms are large, there is plenty of space for 6 people. If you have a car and you don't want to pay, you will need to park about 15 minutes walk from the flat. Else there is a 30€/day car park 3 minutes from the flat. You can also rent a car or a scooter , there are plenty of rental agencies 50 meters away on the same street. This is the 4th time in Ibiza for your our family, and this flat is really a good deal for 6 persons. Thanks to Ivana for her support, she was extremely reactive when we needed assistance.

Oud appartement, perfecte locatie
Het contact voor het inchecken was prima. Er stond ook netjes iemand op ons te wachten. Jammer dat deze vrouw geen Engels sprak en binnen 3 minuten weer weg was met zeer minimale uitleg. Wifi code, met 2 tieners zeer belangrijk ;), nergens te vinden. Na contact uiteindelijk goedgekomen maar hoort gewoon op een briefje erbij te liggen. Appartement heeft grote slaapkamers, maar is uitgeleefd en sommige stroompunten echt onveilig. De wc blijft doorlopen, kraantje defect en de koekenpan is zo krom dat je er geen ei mee kunt bakken op de inductiekookplaat. De locatie echter maakt alles goed. Op het balkon een super uitzicht en overal dichtbij.

Lage und Umgebung gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Altstadt 10 Minuten entfernt. Apartment sehr geräumig, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne.

5 Sterne für die Abwicklung, den Kontakt, die Ausstattung und die Lage. Auch wenn das Objekt schon etwas älter und einiges Inventar in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Auto- und Motorrollerverleih und alles was man sonst benötig direkt vor Ort. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Strand. Es sind Steine im Wasser und der Strand selbst voll von angeschwemmtem Seegras. Aber zum Hauptrand sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Rundum ein toller Urlaub.

Las vistas del apartamento son espectaculares y las habitaciones y el comedor muy amplios, pero está muy viejo y desactualizado, le falta una mano de pintura y renovar mobiliaro. Limpieza un poco justa. Es un apartamento muy básico pero si vas pocos días y con la idea de estar fuera todo el día, no está mal. Aparcamiento muy complicado por la zona.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est réellement excellent : proximité de la vieille ville, du port, plage, commerces, tout est très facilement accessible. Malheureusement l'appartement nécessite des travaux de rénovation : états des peintures, plafonds, canapés...ont besoin d'un coup de neuf. L'absence de WiFi est réellement un handicap. TV, lave-linge et clim en panne lors de notre séjour. Bref c'est décevant sur ces points. Le propriétaire a fait des efforts pour être réactif, mais il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir

SUPER SEJOUR
Nous avons passé 3 jours magnifiques à Ibiza et avons pu profiter des clubs comme nous l'entendions. L'appartement est idéalement situé avec 3 chambres et représente un point de chute parfait. Il est situé juste en face de la mer et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. De plus, la vieille ville est facilement accessible à pieds. Il y avait des travaux de réfection sur la promenade juste devant (qui nous ont peu dérangés) et du coup la jouissance de cet appartement devrait encore s'améliorer avec un accès direct, facile et modernisé à la plage. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et j'espère pouvoir y revenir dès l'an prochain. Merci à Manuel pour la communication et les conseils culinaires. Christophe

Aardig apartement, echter veel lawaai en GEEN internet!
Het apartement is eenvoudig maar goed ingericht. 3 slaapkamers. Echter er is geen internet/wifi ondanks dat dit wel in de beschrijving staat. Leverde ons extra kosten op om via 4g te werken. Wat ook erg vervelend was dat de boulevard onder het balkon compleet werd gerenoveerd. Dit gaf veel overlast. We hebben niet buiten kunnen zitten ook niet in het weekend omdat ef vanaf 08.00 uur s' ochtends al veel bouwlawaai was ook op zaterdag en zondag. Jammer dat de eigenaar dit niet heeft aangegeven anders waren we naar een ander apartement gegaan! Dit hebben we aangegeven aan eigenaar maar geen reactie op gekregen. Jammer.
