"Very good hotel and staff, let down by attention to detail. TV system needed the channel list updating and fixing - BBC1 was on channel 2 and named "BBC 2" and vice versa. Neither channel presented EPG information. Other channels were out-dated. "I booked the wrong date by mistake and the hotel reservations manager sorted this out straight away and was very helpful. We checked in to our room and it was freezing.
