On the mountain
The house is nice, everything what you need is there. Furniture ok but a bit tired. Lovely terrace, quiet neighborhood. We had bad luck because there was a lot of noice of the gardeners across the road. The house is not near a beach, you have to walk for half an hour and descend the mountain. There are some stone stairs to go down the hill. Hyeres is a lovely place especially the old part. We visited also villa Noailles, recommended! The contact with the owner and the “key keeper” was fine.

sehr zufrieden
Wir waren 2 Wochen im Herbst in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) mit unserem Hund. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin Lidia hat sehr gut geklappt. Hier musste der Translator von Google helfen, weil nur französich gesprochen wurde. Das hat aber gut funktioniert. Wir haben über Whatsapp kommuniziert. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Wohnsiedlung. Beim abendlichen Spaziergang mit Hund muss man wissen, das es keine Strassenbeleuchtung gibt. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Tolle Terrasse
Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit großer Terrasse. Blick in verschiedene Richtungen aufs Meer. Teilweise mit Bäumen verdeckt aber trotzdem herrlich. In einem nur durch Schranke zugänglichen Wohngebiet gelegen. Dadurch sehr ruhig. Zum Wasser ist es nicht weit aber durch die Hanglage haben wir dann trotzdem das Auto benutzt. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Auch weil diese Region an der Cote D'Azur einfach wunderbar und Abwechslungsreich ist.

Un beau moment en famille
Villa très bien située, dans un bel environnement calme au milieu des pins qui procurent un ol rage bienvenu en plein été. La maison est telle que présentée dans l’annonce, et on s’y sent tout de suite très bien. 3 belles chambres, une cuisine bien équipée, une pièce à vivre agréable et une grande terrasse bénéficiant d’une vue superbe. SEMAINE TRES AGREABLE
Nous avons passés une belle semaine avec beaucoup d'espace dans la maison. Bien profité de la grande terrasse et d'une belle vue sur la presqu'il de Gien. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Beaucoup de vaisselles, c'est appréciable, ustensiles pour cuisiner, une plancha efficace. La literie est confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à Lidia pour son accueil.

Schönes Haus
Alles super. Check in und out hat gut geklappt. Schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, großer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Garten zum verstecken spielen für Kinder auch super. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Gasherd und Backofen. Auch ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Auch super wenn man als große Familie verreist, ist die Waschmaschine. Liegt unterhalb Hyeres Innenstadt. Strand ist schnell mit Auto zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert. Vielen lieben Dank.

Mieux que les photos ! La vue de la terrasse est top sur la baie de l'Almanarre et la presqu'île de Giens. Et la maison est au calme au mont des Oiseaux! Qui porte bien son nom: ça gazouille merveilleusement le matin au lever du soleil, avec un café sur la terrasse 😍

Très bon séjour sur les hauteurs de Hyères face à la presqu île de Giens
Noël au soleil avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse principale et les chambres. Maison spacieuse, sans vis à vis. Grand séjour très lumineux. Chambres agréables avec belles vues. Salle de bain refaite à neuf. Huisseries récentes. La maison étant sur les hauteurs avec pente et escaliers pour y accéder, déconseillée pour personne à mobilité très reduite. Très bon accueil par ailleurs. Rénovation à poursuivre pour être dans les « look & feel » 2024.

2 Wochen Sommer in Hyeres 2023
Das Haus liegt oberhalb einer Strasse, die direkt an den Garten reicht. Dort ist üblicher Verkehr. In der Beschreibung steht ruhige Villa. Man muss aber wissen das der Flughafen von Hyeres in direkter Nähe ist und deshalb die Flugzeuge mehrmals am Tag vor der Terrasse vorbeifliegen. Außerdem befinden sich aktuell 4 Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Grundstückes. Deswegen gab es in der ersten Woche an 4 Tagen starken Baulärm von 8-16 Uhr. Wir haben dieses dem Vermieter bzw. der Agentur gemeldet. Allerdings ohne Abhilfe bzw. Erstattung der Mietkosten. Ab Juli und im August gilt aber in dem Bereich ein Bauverbot damit Gäste nicht gestört werden. Dieses wurde bis auf einen Tag auch eingehalten. Zwei im Inserat erwähnte Sonnenliegen waren nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten hat alles funktioniert, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zur Abkühlung hat man behelfsmäßig eine mobile Klimaanlage ins Wohnzimmer gestellt, die die Abluft in den Kamin ableitet. Dadurch entstand allerdings ein Regen aus Ruß der sich vor dem Kamin sammelte. Deswegen haben wir sie nicht genutzt. Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt und meiner Ansicht nicht nutzbar. Wir haben uns aber sowieso die ganze Zeit auf der Terrasse aufgehalten, die einen schönen Ausblick auf die Halbinsel und das Meer bietet, der aber durch Bäume und andere Häuser davor etwas verstellt ist.

Un bon séjour
Jolie maison avec une très belle vue et une terrasse magnifique. Les photos sont conformes. Une description des équipements complémentaires est envoyée la semaine précédant le départ. Des travaux de rénovation sont prévus (salle de bain, électricité, eau chaude) Accueil parfait et une bouteille de rosé et d’eau fraîche dans le frigo.

Traumhafte Terrasse
Sehr ruhige Lage oberhalb des Meeres mit schönem Garten. Das Haus ist bereits etwas älter, aber in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Küchenzeile ist neu und vollständig ausgestattet, auch ein Tischgrill stand zur Verfügung. Großzügiges und gemütliches Wohnzimmer, die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Der Check-In und die gesamte Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausmeisterin verliefen sehr freundlich und ohne Probleme.
