"This house was perfect for what we needed. Our family used to have a house on Spider Lake so this was like going home. The rooms are very small and there is not a ton of space, but it was perfect for what we needed at the time. The beds are comfy, but the one bedroom with twin beds is barely moveable - they are end to end with no walking room so it is not good for 2 adults (kids would have no issue). We walked between the home and our friends place with no issues and the stars were beautiful....

"We had such a wonderful couple days of peaceful serenity while staying at the Hannu Haus. There were do many special touches to the decor that added to the warmth & coziness of the log cabin. It had plenty of space to entertain and well thought out ideas for keeping children occupied. "This weekend was a perfect get away. The house was cute and quaint. We felt comfortable and at home while staying here. We have two little boys and they absolutely loved the yard, beach and dock. They spent all day playing in the water and sand letting their imaginations run wild. The lake was perfect for cruises, fishing was hit and miss this weekend but still caught a Northern, large mouth bass and little blue gills. "We were planning on cross country skiing but Mother Nature had other ideas. Lots of hiking near by, 6 min from town, was just the right size for the 4 of us!
