This vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, loads of countertop prep space, and a breakfast bar, while more formal meals can be enjoyed at the adjacent table. Head out back to your furnished patio where you can toss something special on your gas grill or just sit outside and soak up the California sunshine. And back inside, the main living area features a leather sectional and a cable-equipped TV for movie nights.

Additional amenities in this home include multiple mini-split air-conditioners to keep everyone cool, board games, beach toys and yard games (including boogie boards, surfboards, beach cruisers, a cooler, beach chairs, and cornhole), and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your visit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
