「オンラインでのチェックインを前提としており、スタッフがいる時間である夕方６時迄にチェックインをしないと、戸惑う事になりそう。チェックイン後も６時以降はスタッフに連絡を取れないので、部屋の温度調整や湯沸かしの提供依頼は、Expedia経由となった。ただし翌朝のスタッフ出勤後に直ぐ対応してもらえた。モーゼル川の流れを見ながらの朝食は素晴らしかった。 」

「Check in is self check in. An employee helped to take care of that. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a strip of other hotels, cafes, and stores. It does overlook the Mosel river which is very nice. Everything is easily walkable and beautiful!」

「Für Vegetarier gab es in der Suppenauswahl an 4 Tagen in Folge nur die Option "Kürbissuppe", die jedesmal identisch war. Das Salatbuffet war auch immer überwiegend dasselbe. Hier wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert.」
