"On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in total was told that the battery would be changed in the door no one did this , the shower wouldn’t turn off had to call someone to do this, was told over the phone that we’d be able to get snacks but closed on the Friday night all in all not great!!!!"

"Room was basic but clean so it was ok for a one or two nights stay. Food in pub was good and service was prompt.Was allocated a room at rear of pub which was quiet. Car park at rear was handy."
