Muy decepcionante por el precio que cobran
El precio del cuarto indicaba un hotel de un nivel que en la realidad yo pagaria solo la mitad. Nos asignaron un cuarto que se escuchaba un ruido de maquinas afuera y pedimos cambio. Las toallas grises de percudidas. Olor a caño en el cuarto de baño. Pedimos hielo en el restaurante y no habia porque se les habia acabado y no se les vei ganas de conseguirlo. Insistimos que lo consiguieran y asi fue como lo fueron a comprar pero no nos avisaron solo hasta que les volvimos a preguntar ya nos dijeron que ya lo tenían. Particularmente el encargado del restaurante muy poco servicial. Cuando reserve cometi el error de no ver las reseñas de otros huespedes.

Buscar otras opciones, está céntrico pero malo
El hotel tiene baños públicos (regaderas) , lo cual no sabía y eso fue muy incómodo. Las habitaciones no tienen ventana, sólo un par de ventila y el baño ninguna. El desayuno incluído está bien, pero el precio del hotel es caro para la calidad. Por $2,000 más (7 personas) nos hospedamos en Chautla siendo mucho mejor hotel con piscina. La atención del personal es muy buena, pero definitivo la calidad del hotel no.
