This was a nice hotel! The only thing we didn’t like was our toilet made the weirdest noise when we flushed it! But overall it was clean and the staff was very nice! Also as a guest I think parking should be free $30/night is a bit much for already being a guest!

A very solid and reasonably priced choice if you're staying in the Galleria area. The beds are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee is easy to get in the morning (friendly service, too) and the restaurant/bar have great burgers and martinis. We'll definitely be back!

General Area is nice and easy to get around. The room was awful. Beds are uncomfortable, Red stains on carpet, bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor. Had a two night stay booked, but checked out after one and moved to a different hotel. Staff at desk acted as if it was not really a priority to address the issues and could not print a receipt at departure. Stated I would be emailed the receipt, yet it still has not been received nor my refund
