"We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "

"Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Der Aufenthalt war toll. Alles sauber, super Lage, schön ruhig. Werde ich wieder mal buchen."

"Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Holzhaus. Um Skifahren zu gehen, hat das Haus eine perfekte Lage. Wenn es der Schnee hergibt, kann man zwischen vielen verschiedenen Liften wählen. Die größten Skigebiete Klinovec und Plesivec waren nur 20min entfernt. Und am Nachmittag konnte man sich an dem schönen Pelletofen wärmen. Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Wie in dem Haus 8 Erwachsene schlafen sollen, ist fragwürdig. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt."

"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. "The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"I absolutely loved my stay and my room at this property. I stayed in a single room, on a higher floor overlooking the promenade. The chandeliers, the high ceilings, the vintage furnishings... made me feel as though I was living in a different era. Bathroom was large and modern, water pressure good. And the towel warming rack worked! The included breakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold, and the dining room was elegant. Staff were very accommodating and kind. Location was perfect. And only a 5-minute walk from where the bus #2 drops you. I stayed for 2 nights, and was provided with housekeeping service which was appreciated. The only downside was my mattress wasn't comfortable....almost like I was sleeping on an angle. But I was able to fall asleep. As well, the people above were rather noisy on night #1. Thank you for a memorable stay. TIP: restaurants will be cheaper in the northern part of town, near the bus stations. TIP: the tourist info centre is located in Spa 1. It was hard to find, as trucks and banners were blocking the 'i' (for information) sign. "
