"2泊させていただきました。施設はとてもきれいでお掃除が行き届いていました。お風呂は少しぬるめでよかったです。(私は熱いお風呂に入る習慣のない国にすんでいるため、ちょうどよかったです。洗い場は少し寒い気がしましたが、苦情するほどではありません。お部屋は２人でちょうど良い広さです。玄関の靴を脱ぐ場所がぎりぎりの狭さでした。枕が一人につき2つ付いていたのは嬉しかったです。 朝食はとても美味しかった。特に豆のサラダ、ミネストローネ、ニンジンのドレッシング、リンゴのジャムが美味しくておかわりをしてしまいました。 エコに徹底していてよかったです。夜うるさいお客さんとかもいなくてよく休むことができました。ありがとうございました。"

"I didn't realize this was a hostel. Pretty bummed when I showed up at the property and realized that. Not a fan of the checkin process- very cold, impersonal, and time consuming. "My family and I stayed here two nights just before Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. "Our host (Tai) was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, the location was excellent (very close to Gora Station) and it was affordable. The place could use a little fixing up. At least one bathroom stall was closed (inoperable), one shower operable but needed fixing, and in the rock onsen, one of the shower hoses was leaking. Great for budget but could be better if some maintenance was done."
