I was served by Tiffany who is all smiles and very customer oriented. The breakfast set (4 to choose from) is average but included in the room so no complains. Rooms are dated but clean and functional with a sofa bed. The fabulous customer service (including house keeping) and good location of hotel more than made up of those short falls. "
