"This is a lovely lodge where we spent our Xmas family holiday. The main room is great with its wooden beams and high wooden ceiling. We had no complaints about cleanliness. The kitchen is small, but has a useful grill and 3 induction plates on the hob. There are 2 toilets - one in the shower room and one separate one, as well as a separate bath and washing area. The sofa is not very comfy, but the 8 cosy chairs around the main table make up for it. The reception staff are very friendly. If you don't require room cleaning every 3 days, then you get vouchers to exchange for snacks or beer/soft drinks!"

"Very close to the side lift which made it very convenient. Still close enough to the main lift for purchasing ski passes and where the rentals are. Facilities are old but not bad. Onsen was clean but the outdoor area is a bit small (if there are more than 3 people). Parking is tight but available if you can get your car up the small hill and the counter can help you reserve a taxi which is super helpful. The receptionists all had good English too. "
