"Went in to it not knowing what to expect, and were blown away! We felt like royalty living in luxury. We didnt add the buffet dinner, luckily we could add it last minute. Our only regret was not staying longer. We stayed 1 night, shouldve stayed 2-3."

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "

"The location is perfect! Room size is good. Breakfast is amazing! I stayed for 3 nights and eberyday was different. They also prepare for guests to have brekky takeaway, very caring."

"The only reason its a 4 out of 5 is because of the nature of the "rooms". I opted for a standard room which is nothing more than a single bed in a cubby in the wall. I knew that when i booked, so it wasnt a problem, but its not what I'd call 5 star accommodation. That said, the staff and common areas were great, the place was clean, and the onsen was great too."

"This hotel is conveniently located next to JR station, and is surrounded by department stores. You can basically buy anything you need. It is clean and modern. The bathroom is very spacious. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again in my next visit."

"Offered different cultural activities. Need more drink and food in hotel for lunch and dinner. Very inconvenient trying to find a place when its snowing. And finding a place to do laundry or hotel Laudery service."

"The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The Food menu offered something for everyone both Western and Japanese preferences. The hotel is close walking distance to most shopping and tourist locations and close to all metro transportation. I would definitely stay at the Cross Hotel again!!!"

"Room was much smaller than were used to and beds were a bit odd as the mattress kept falling off the box spring but it was not uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was fairly quiet but hotel was exceptionally located right n the middle of this vibrant city"

"The property is Centrally located to City Center and the train station. This was especially convenient as it snowed during my arrival and there is an underground concourse that took me to the corner adjacent to the property so that my luggage was minimally exposed to elements. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The lobby was very good for lounging before or after check in. Room condition was good "
