The staff was delightful, the room was very warm and cozy (we visited in winter) and our only upset was that none of the pools were heated so we couldn’t enjoy them. "Amazing experience and service. We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort away from hustle and bustle. Property is very well maintained and has great amenities! Highly recommend the stay here😊"

Would be nice to have a welcome back/how good to see you again given all the money I've spent there since covid...
