"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

The people at the reception were very nice and friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable; they seemed pretty inexperienced. The biggy up rooms have the bedrooms to the street (so they are loud) and the living rooms towards the courtyard where it’s quiet-- the layout doesn’t make much sense. "
