The property was nice with a clean pool, but very poor customer service. We were greeted with hostility upon arriving at the accommodation, taking over 30 mins to retrieve our booking details. Moreover, receptionist barely understood any English and there were charges for basic amenities and services such as towels and bed sheets. Great view and pool, but wouldn't recommend if looking for an all inclusive accomodation.

Avoid This Accommodation and Be Wary of Expedia We had a terrible experience with this accommodation. Fourteen hours before our arrival, we received an email requesting our details and a security deposit. We complied and confirmed this via the Expedia website. After a 14-hour flight, we were shocked to find out—through Expedia’s website—that our reservation had been canceled due to overbooking, allegedly because we had not responded. When I pointed out the message I had sent via Expedia, there was complete silence from the accommodation. To make matters worse, our deposit was not refunded promptly. After contacting Expedia, they shockingly informed us that, according to their records, we had actually stayed at the accommodation—which was completely untrue. If you’re looking for a hassle-free vacation, do not book this accommodation. Also, consider whether you want to trust Expedia with your bookings.
