We left behind an item and they went above and beyond to help get it back to us during our travels, including looking into various delivery and pick-up options on our behalf. Aircon looks like its controlled in the room but my last night was overheated. By 4am i was calling reception for help. They had control at their end. "

"Nice location. Quiet part of Ginza but still accessible. Hotel rooms are small. We got an inside connecting room. It was tiny but at par for hotels in tokyo. Bed is comfortable. Room in general is comfortable, but showing signs of wear. Front desk is efficient. They are strict on key return."
