Comfortable and very clean, newly remodeled 2Bed/2Bath condo in Forest Gardens, South Forest Beach area near Coligny. The updates include 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances. This includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker. You will also find a new full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is new furniture throughout with smart TVs and Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. There is a single over double bunk bed in the guest bedroom. The very spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with attached private bath. This is a beautifully landscaped complex with walking trails and bicycle paths that will take you anywhere on HHI. Enjoy the on-site pool or the beach just 5 minutes away. You also have tennis, biking, golf, shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the condo. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking.

My wife and I wanted a spring get away and chose 13 nights at this condo. This condo was exactly as described in it's location to the beach and to stores. The photos accurately show the interior. The location of the condo is secluded and we made full use of the deck area when not at the beach. We found it a good spot to explore S Carolina and Savannah. Good value foe the money.

Beautiful setting to stay on Hilton Head island the owner is excellent to communicate with answers right away for any questions you might have. The unit is the best stocked with kitchen supplies as well as items required in the bathrooms. The unit is only two blocks walk to the ocean with easy access. Restaurants are readily available as is Coligny park area.

Perfect for our family

We spent a month at this condo. It was fantastic. We walked everywhere - to the beach, to dinner, to happy hour, even to outdoor concerts at Celebration Park three times. It was great. It also had a well-stocked kitchen where we cooked multiple dinners and a very comfortable master bedroom. We would rent again.

I feel some compensation is due here
the place seemed run down and smelled when you opened the door, there was roaches in bathrooms , the tile in front of master shower was cracked and it rocker when you stood on it, and you should really have a grab bar in the shower. the floors in master bedroom were sloping toward the bathroom. There was mold in washer around the the rubber and i washed a few items they smelled worse after I washed them.

The condo was clean and I loved how it was decorated. I liked the close proximity to Coligney square. I was a little disappointed about the distance to the beach. I liked that it was ground level and I didn’t have to climb stairs. The salt water pool was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a nice condo.

Great reprieve from winter
A terrific location for first time visitors to the island. We could easily walk to the beach, public tennis/pickleball courts, and Coligny plaza. Only drawback, was the large indoor tennis center located near the unit. While staying there we had renters above us who walked very heavily which was a bit disturbing at certain hours of the day/night. The unit was well appointed and very tastefully decorated with a beach like theme. The kitchen/ bathrooms were also well stocked with all the essentials which we were very thankful to have upon our arrival. Joel was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Perfect location
Very clean and neat. Not overly beachy decorated. The twin ovee full bed is tight for a full size teen but it works. Plenty of towels and other supplies Host was great and responded quickly and competently. There are beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards. Also some plastic beach toys. We brought our own beach towels. Pool is fine, nothing fancy. Quiet area and a short walk to the beach, maybe 5 min. Bikes are available to rent just a 2 min walk away. Traditional coffee maker not Keurig.

Best condo in this area and a great value.
This was our first trip to Hilton Head. This condo is better than described and better than the pics on the VRBO site. We would like to return. It was a quick walk to the beach. We were so thankful that the owners had a beach cart for our use, and an air pump to blow up a pool raft! This condo is rare in that it has 2 bathrooms. Most in this development have only one. It has been completely updated. The pool at the development is nice, and was not busy when we went. Very quiet and peaceful. We could walk or bike to almost anything we needed.

Forest Gardens Unit 101
This was our 2nd year for the property...Last year we had a lot of noise from upstairs,,,This year not as bad but still foot steps which is normal for forest Gardens...The Tennis courts were noisy from the kids playing and screaming but otherwise not bad..The condo was clean and had everything you would want in it...Joel and Connie were very good and helped out any time we had questions...The best hosts ever...

Beach waves
Our trip was great! The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed except for our groceries for the week! The beach was close enough that we were able to walk there with no issues even with our two year old walking along. The only problem we had was with the internet being down when we first arrived, but that was due to a local problem and not with the property itself. All in all our stay was relaxing. The only things we would suggest would be to consider some blackout curtains in the bedrooms due to some excessive light from the tennis center and upgrading the TVs. The TVs in the bedrooms were glitchy and somewhat difficult to watch even though we signed in with our own account and all of them were a bit on the small side. The glitchy-ness of the TVs can probably be remedied by having your own streaming devices. All that being said, none of these things caused any major issues for us during our stay as we were there to enjoy the island/beach. We would very much consider staying here again in the future.
