"Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head. "

"This property is in a great walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. there is a grocery and coffee shop on the ground level, a Starbucks next door, and restaurants on the block! The room was very clean, great view of fireworks for NYE, laundry in your room, a balcony, no complaints at all! It was my anniversary and Kasa left us a $10 Starbucks gift card in our room which was a thoughtful touch! Also a coffee machine, cookware, and a couple snacks too! Thank you for a great stay! "

"This was one of the most unique stays! You have to stay here on your stay in Fredericksburg! The train car was decorated in authentic (or what appeared to be) furnishings, especially highlighting President Theodore Roosevelt. It was bigger than expected. The days and nights were very quiet and peaceful. It will help if you bring a small flashlight to use if walking back at night because it can be dark as you approach the train car. "I had a wonderful stay here,it was so quiet and peaceful on the grounds. I saw deer very often just walking around,it was amazing. The cabin itself was quaint,it fit my family. It was close enough to town without it being overwhelming. The winery had many great options of wine. I got a flight and the guy pouring the wine was very knowledgeable and funny. I wouldn't definitely book here again."

"This is the most spectacular getaway place ever! The cottage ( Moonlight specifically) is perfect for a couple. Hot tub is the absolute greatest, morning coffee with the deer (probably 20-30) is next best. The host is on top of everything, beginning to end. Could not have found a better place!! ❤️"

"The property itself is really nice. Free internet washing dryer was a big help. It was very cosy and quiet which is what was important to me. Mickey was very communicative and helpful during the entire process. I can't recommend enough staying here. Thank tou for everything!"

"The hotel its self was very nice, comfortable beds, very nice staff. Only downfall is the parking amount, if I remember correctly it’s 55 a night with in and out privileges. Other than that I would definitely stay again. I loved the pink theme!"

These folks get it

"The staff is absolutely amazing. Was coming into town to celebrate a partner’s birthday (which was mentioned to staff as I was trying to make room changes, coordinate deliveries, etc ahead of time) and could not believe how ‘white glove’ the collaboration and service was from them. I have no status with this hotel or its parent and they made me feel like the most important guest in the building. Complimentary cake and wine sent to the room unannounced! The room was spotless, property was in perfect shape and well designed, and the location can’t be beat. You’re right on Rainey so you’re either a walk or a short commute to anything you’re after in Austin. I’m a guest for life anytime I’m headed to ATX."
