「Great location and friendly staff 」

「Everything was perfect. The unit is well designed and fitted out to a very high standard. Beds were super comfy. Rooms and living areas are large. Quiet property, yet only a short walk to everything. I will return next winter.」

「Deciding to have a short break prior to the Christmas rush we booked this premises due to it's location and being pet friendly. The location is terrific and the premises is fairly well set up. Sadly the cleanliness let it down dramatically. Unmade bed, rusty toaster, bug filled lights, dirty kitchen floor, microwave, oven trays, window sills all dirty, mouldy bathroom blind and unclean BBQ made for a disappointing experience. This was reported to the property managers who we acknowledge...

「The dishwasher wasn't working. They knew about that, but didn't tell us. We tried several times to operate. They should have informed us ahead. They told that when I called and asked. We had to wash everything manually to reuse. Very disappointed.」

「This property is a must, clean and plenty of space for both our families to enjoy. A short drive or longer walk into Bright with the most beautiful scenery. This property backs on to the river. Look forward to booking in again.」

「The cabins are a new build and have all amenities. Exceptionally clean,modern, furnished with all necessity, regardless if you're staying for the night only or longer. I recommend it, the staff were very lovely and available for assistance!」
