"I stayed here over Christmas and New Years with my wife and two kids. Hotel was excellent, and family friendly restaurants were found nearby at PARCO and Daimaru. I loved the decor and the free amenities offered at the hotel Lounge. I did want to highlight an issue that was resolved. We checked in our luggage to be delivered to Narita Airport on new years day with the hotel. Unfortunately, the Grandee did not ask for all the necessary information and was unable to ship the luggage in time....

"drove 6 hrs fr Hiroshima, found location, check in and parking easy. We had triple room, beds comfortable and amenities (toiletries and instant beverages plentiful). Only complaint is the step down from the bathroom cuz I am older… felt like being on a cruise ship! Our stay was pleasant and everything close by. Would stay here again! "
