"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. Äusserst freundliche Vermieter, die auch bei Problemen schnell, zuverlässig und kompetent Abhilfe schaffen. Wirklich sehr angenehme und tolle Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns äusserst wohl gefühlt haben. "Lovely traditional log cabin in a beautiful, peaceful location. Nadia was super helpful in helping us find the property and checking us in. It had everything we needed for a few days peace in the beautiful hills. Super clean and welcoming. It is a little remote and 15 minute drive down the windy hill to get to the nearest shops so stock up before you go. We loved to get away and the house was perfect for this. "

"It's really at top of the world. The cottage is at the top of Nessalu mountain top. Excellent if you want to spend time in nature. It's difficult to find so contact the owner before you go there. Owner is very friendly and very helpful. She knows only German, but she was really nice to use Google translate to talk. I want to really thank her for that. I think it's good for a group 10-15 people. But it will be amazing for a couple too."

"We enjoyed our stay in Waldstatt. The house was in a nice location for us to travel to various places in the region. We do wish there had been a charcoal or gas grill and a dryer. The kitchen was very nice and very well stocked will all the items we needed. The children enjoyed the bunk beds."
