"Property was good. The best thing about it was it is just off the beaten path, so it was a very quiet neighborhood. The views from the back deck were simply amazing. We saw deer and many elk each evening. The deck is nice and large and will accommodate large gatherings/families. The house had several amenities such as a volleyball net, large ice maker, washing machines and dryers, and the kitchen area was well equipped."

"The property is a cozy 1-bedroom apartment located behind a real estate office in downtown Joseph. It was recently remodeled, with nearly new kitchen appliances and what appear to be new cabinets. "I, my husband, and his 96 year old mother stayed at the Wild Iris House for a week. It was comfortable, extremely clean and well-stocked. The location was ideal for our outings and on the days Mom decided to stay in, she was comfortable and well-entertained by the deer! Kathy was quick to respond to my questions beforehand, and everything was so well-ordered and instructions so thorough, we had a relaxing, no hassle visit. "
