"It was a great view; however, we were not given a balcony. The room did have a sliding door and a view of the ocean. We had some discrepancies with adding the breakfast for two for $100; when we went to the buffet, we were charged for the breakfast and told to dispute the charge upon check out, and that was a bit of a drag to have to go through, so I would recommend not buying into the breakfast option beforehand unless you want to go through that at check out. "We stayed in this home with our family of six, with children ranging from 4 years old to teenager. The home provided a lot of space, with 3 BR and 2 baths, a good size kitchen/eating area, beautiful deck, and family room. "The property is very cool, as pictured. It was wonderful to sit outside after dark and look at the stars (with bug spray on). The view is lovely during the day, esp with the birdsong background music. The location is private, but accessible. Directions per host were accurate. From the photos, it looks like there is a kitchen, but it literally only has a fridge that cannot run during the day, so food got warm. The tiny house is powered by solar and the battery was used up at night to power lights...

"Everything was great, except the air conditioner. It is located in the room so in order to cool the living room, it has to be at full blast and leave the door open. When you are sleeping the AC is really loud (because you want to keep the living room cool) so it takes a couple of nights to get used to the AC noise. "
