"So id like to start my review with saying i dont often leave a review unless it was exceptionally great or poor. This was definitely on the poor side. I got 2 confemation calls and a text stating that the amenities were down but the river was open. The callers also stated check in was at noon. They even had a big sign made that said the same thing. This was not the case as we arrived at 2:30 pm and the room was not ready. We were able to go to the caben but not enter till 4pm. To make matters...

"This location was one of the best Residence Inns that we have stayed. We especially liked the naming of the luggage carts. What a way to get the guests to return them to the front!!"

"This hotel is lovely and the landscaping & grounds are incredible! We had a great meal on the terrace overlooking the lake. The front desk staff and wait staff were courteous and efficient!"
