"Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old."

Austin (the dog), chickens and the cats were very friendly and very smart :) The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay. "Extremely disappointing. The hotel does not bear any similarity to the photos on site, in desperate need of a refurbishment. Room smelt of wet dog. Restaurant service was poor, kitchen ran out of food although we arrived 80 minutes before close of service, offered carrot salad and a pizza to share between two."

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"The property was very convenient for getting around to bars and restaurants and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very attentive and always ready to help. Rooms were a little small but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with s little of everything. Would recommend it and definitely stay there again."
